Adopting the centrifugal casting process of metal mould, molten steel is cast into various specifications of pipe billets under the action of centrifugal force. The long pipe is assembled and welded to the extension flange, reinforcing joint, cone bottom and other accessories into conversion pipe. Long pipe, elbow, tee, lifting lug and other accessories are assembled and welded into ethylene cracking pipe.

Characteristics of centrifugal casting of alloy furnace tube in HUAYE Factory:

1, depending on the directional solidification from the outside of the contact with the mold, the quality of extremely dense without casting shrinkage cavity and foreign body clamping is obtained.

2. Central control cylindrical products with uniform thickness can be obtained due to centrifugal force.

3. As there are no factors affecting solidification and shrinkage, products with low casting stress can be obtained.

4. Due to the dense structure and developed columnar crystal of centrifugal casting, it has good oxidation resistance at high temperature, anti-carburization and high temperature strength.

5. It can work continuously for a long time under the temperature of 800-12000c and pressure of 3-4mpa.

Our company can produce various specifications of alloy furnace tubes (ø56-ø1200mm) according to the needs of customers, and the length of the tube section is 3-5m.

The radiating tube heating elements designed and manufactured by our company are available in high, medium and low temperature furnaces and special atmosphere furnaces. The outer casing system adopts seamless high-temperature alloy tube, plate and coil tube, centrifugal cast tube, non-metallic special carburizing tube and so on. Since when the Radiant Tube heating elements are used in a variety of atmospheres and harsh cycling conditions, the general resistance alloy cannot be used, so our company researchers developed a new kind of resistance Alloy Radiant Tube materials. The material has stable performance, high resistivity and small temperature coefficient, and is suitable for various radiant tube heating elements.
