Characteristics of centrifugal casting of alloy furnace tube:
1, depending on the directional solidification from the outside of the contact with the mold, the quality of extremely dense without casting shrinkage cavity and foreign body clamping is obtained.
2. Central control cylindrical products with uniform thickness can be obtained due to centrifugal force.
3. As there are no factors affecting solidification and shrinkage, products with low casting stress can be obtained.
4. Due to the dense structure and developed columnar crystal of centrifugal casting, it has good oxidation resistance at high temperature, anti-carburization and high temperature strength.
5. It can work continuously for a long time under the temperature of 800-12000c and pressure of 3-4mpa.

I Type Radiant Tube
A Type I radiant tube is a traditional electronic device used to generate and detect electron rays. It consists of a glass tube with a cathode and an anode inside. When current passes through the cathode, it heats up and releases electrons. These electrons are accelerated and move towards the anode. As they move, they collide with gas molecules, causing them to ionize and release energy. This energy is emitted in the form of light, creating a visible point of light.
Type I radiant tubes are commonly used for laboratory and teaching purposes, such as in physics experiments to study the properties and behavior of electrons. However, as technology advances, I-type radiant tubes have been replaced by more advanced display technologies, such as LCDs and organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs).
